What cultural achievements (material and spiritual) were created in the Middle Ages?

During the Middle Ages, that is, from 476 to 1492, the following objects of material culture were created:

Sophia Cathedral in Constantinople (VI century), from the middle of the XV century, rebuilt into a mosque. Many Byzantine churches throughout the empire.
