What did the Egyptians use to make boat materials?

It was a papyrus boat. It was built from river reeds. We can say that this is one of the most ancient ships in the world. At the very beginning, the papyrus ship was just a raft, but from 3500 BC the Egyptians learned to build boats. They were only intended for sailing the Nile. The bow of the ship was specially raised to make it easier to carry over the shallows. Later, the Egyptians began to build more reliable and sophisticated ships, which allowed them to go on them even at sea.
