| The Third Reich sought to establish a “New Order” in Europe. Its principles were as follows:
1) Banning parties, including communist ones, that opposed the National Socialist ideology;
2) Creation of administrative bodies and policemen from local collaborators to maintain order;
3) Elaboration of logistics for the deployment of German troops on the territory of a certain country;
4) Creation of lists to keep track of the number of the Jewish population with their subsequent sending to concentration camps.
