What difficulties did the Czech Republic experience in the 14th century?

Despite the economic and cultural upsurge in the Czech Republic, the difference between the population strata increased. The more prosperous feudal lords and artisans in any way tried to increase their pressure on the poorer. The Reformation (the movement for the elimination of church wealth and the reduction of the influence of the Catholic Church) also played an important role here. The growing discontent resulted in the Great Peasant War. Jan Hus was one of the brightest participants in the revolution.
