What do arthropods have in common with molluscs and annelids?

Similarities of arthropods with both molluscs and annelids:
1) The body can be divided into 3 sections (in crustaceans and arachnids, the first two sections are spliced and form the cephalothorax)
2) The body has bilateral symmetry
3) Have striated musculature
4) The nervous system consists of the abdominal nerve cord and the periopharyngeal nerve ring
5) Have gas exchange function
