What do the destroyed rocks turn into?

When destroyed, large pieces of rocks (boulders, rocks) are split into pieces and debris. They, in turn, crumble and break into stones, gravel. Gravel is crushed, turns into sand, clay. Mixing with the remains of microorganisms, plants and organic matter, they form the soil. Getting to the bottom of the oceans and seas, particles of sand and clay are compacted, subjected to pressure from new layers and turn into sedimentary rocks.
