What do types of leadership have in common and what is different?

There are three types of leadership: legal, traditional, and charismatic.
Difference:
1. The basis of legal leadership is the law. The society chooses its leader by voting.
2. Traditional leadership is characterized by tradition. For example, the transfer of power from father to son.
3. The foundation of charismatic leadership is faith. Such leaders appear, as a rule, in times of crisis.
The similarities between these types are that leadership in itself is expressed in influencing large groups of people. The leader has power and is able to lead the people.
