What do you think, is it possible to be rude towards people around you, but kind in soul?

This happens quite often. A person tries to seem not who he is, because in his opinion, this way he looks stronger morally. Teenagers begin to be rude, thinking that this makes them seem older and more charismatic.
The employer can be rude so that subordinates do not “sit on his neck.” He does not show his kindness so as not to show weakness. Rigidity, in a sense, is even appropriate at work. Otherwise, subordinates begin to relax, do everything not in full and not so efficiently.
