What do you think, which peat is better to use as fuel, and which – as fertilizer? Why?

Peat according to the conditions of formation is divided into high, lowland and transitional. High moor peat consists of sphagnum (white) mosses, cotton grass, wild rosemary and other plants that are not very demanding on food and water. For fertilization, highly decomposed (by 40%) peat of lowland bogs is used. Peat from upland and transitional bogs is used as fuel.
