What does sulfuric acid react with?

Diluted sulfuric acid reacts with metals through a single substitution reaction, as with other typical acids, to form hydrogen gas and salts (metal sulfate). It attacks reactive metals (metals above copper in a series of reactions) such as iron, aluminum, zinc, manganese, magnesium and nickel.
