What does the status of a great European power mean?

This status means that the state has great influence and power in Europe. For example, at the end of the Thirty Years War, France and Sweden significantly increased their influence. Sweden was able to gain large territories and become a world-class state. France, on the other hand, was able to gain dominance in Europe, that is, it was able to become an advanced European state. We can say that both of them, that is, France and Sweden, had the status of a great European power.
