What environmental problems have arisen in our planet?

Every year the number of environmental problems on our planet is growing. Here are the most important of them: 1) pollution of the waters of the World Ocean; 2) air pollution; 3) destruction of the ozone layer; 4) decrease in fresh water reserves; 5) soil poisoning, depletion of natural reserves of minerals; 6) a decrease in the population of many animals and the disappearance of plant species as a result of uncontrolled human activities; 7) radioactive contamination of the environment; 8) climate change, the emergence of the greenhouse effect.
