What event and why is it called the end of the Time of Troubles?

The Time of Troubles is one of the most violent periods in Russian history. It began in 1584 and lasted almost thirty years. During this time, the country went through a civil war, freed itself from the Polish conquerors, experienced severe crises in politics and economy.

Historians believe that the end of the Troubles was the proclamation of Mikhail Romanov-Yuriev to the kingdom.

It happened at a meeting of the Zemsky Sobor on February 21, 1613. The power of the tsar, the boyars, of course, was significantly limited by the terms of the Council, but peace and harmony came on Russian soil.
