What events took place in France and England at the time when the Hussite Wars were fought in the Czech Republic?
The Hussite wars took place in the years 1419-1434. Between England and France during these years was the Hundred Years War, or rather its two last stages: Lancaster and the final stage.
The events were as follows:
In 1419, Henry V captured the city of Rouen, thus subduing half of France.
In 1420 he made a treaty with Charles the Mad in the city of Troyes and received the status of heir. Interestingly, he remained in the title of King of England until 1801.
In 1421, a battle took place between the English and Franco-Scottish armies at God.
In 1423 the Franco-Scottish army was defeated at the Battle of Kravan.
! 428-1429 siege of Orleans and the appearance of Joan of Arc in the ranks of the French army, however. she was caught and executed in 1431.
