What examples of symbiosis are there?

Symbiosis is a type of cohabitation of two organisms, mainly which belong to different systematic groups, and which help each other. An example of a pronounced symbiosis is lichens. It is a symbiosis of fungi and unicellular algae. Thanks to this alliance, lichens do not need soil, are able to survive in very harsh conditions and occupy one of the leading positions in the list of the most tenacious organisms. Another example is the symbiosis of humans and intestinal bacteria. They help us digest food by releasing special enzymes.
