What expectations can democracy fail to meet?

Democracy means the rule of the people. However, it will not be able to meet the needs of all 100% of the members of society. Democracy reflects the needs of the majority, it also hardly expresses the need of those who disagree and do not accept democracy itself, does not allow the concentration of decision-making in the hands of one person or a small group of people, since other political regimes are used for this. It will not be able to satisfy the desire for complete equality (mainly people are interested in financial equality), since democracy gives freedom of choice (in this case, education, profession and employer choice) and it will not be possible to equate all members of society at one level of income.

One of the components of a person's success in our time is receiving modern high-quality education, mastering the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for life in society. A person today needs to study almost all his life, mastering everything new and new, acquiring the necessary professional qualities.
