What external and internal factors were at the heart of the victory of the Bolsheviks?

The Bolsheviks won the civil war, having the opportunity to rule the country alone, due to the fact that they were able to offer the people what they asked for (the peasants – the land, the factories – the workers). This gave them support. During the civil war, the Bolsheviks were better organized, which allowed them to defeat the white movement (Mensheviks and Socialist-Revolutionaries).
One of the components of a person's success in our time is receiving modern high-quality education, mastering the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for life in society. A person today needs to study almost all his life, mastering everything new and new, acquiring the necessary professional qualities.
