What features are characteristic of sexual reproduction of angiosperms?

Features of the reproduction of angiosperms:
– a reproductive organ – a flower;
– the eggs are formed in the ovary of the pistil;
– sperm are formed in pollen grains;
– fertilization is preceded by pollination;
– in the ovule, 1 sperm is fused with the ovum, forming a zygote;
– 2 sperm merge with the central cell, therefore, flowering fertilization is called double;
– the seed embryo develops from the zygote;
– from a fertilized large cell – endosperm nutritional tissue;
– from the walls of the ovary – the pericarp.
