What forms of government exist in states?

The forms of government existing in the states are usually divided into two blocks.
The first is legal forms. There are 4 main legal forms: development of normative legal acts; creation of acts aimed at individual management; conclusion of contracts; execution of legally significant actions.
The second, no less important block is non-legal forms of government. They represent the organization of various public events, monitoring the implementation of tasks assigned to the authorities and officials.
