What forms the internal environment of the cell?

The internal environment of the cell is formed by the hyaloplasm. This is the liquid part of the cytoplasm (thick and viscous), which does not contain organelles. Hyaloplasm consists of water (70-90%), it contains biopolymers (proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, nucleic acids), various inorganic compounds, as well as low molecular weight substances: nucleotides, amino acids, etc.
