What genre of folklore do you use all the time without noticing it?

It seems to me that I constantly use proverbs and sayings in my everyday life. I think that most of the Russian population uses them in everyday life. I even noticed: when I travel in transport or hear the conversation of strangers to me, they often use proverbs and sayings in their speech. Sometimes I even unwittingly learn new proverbs or sayings and remember them, and then I can apply myself in everyday life, in everyday life. Also my mom taught me many proverbs.
