Animals are usually divided into carnivores and herbivores. The latter, as their name suggests, prefer to satisfy their hunger with plant foods. And the former, sadly enough, prefer to eat the latter. Sheep graze in the pasture and nibble the grass, and wolves attack the herd and drag off the fattest and most appetizing ones.
