What groups of invertebrates do you know?

Invertebrates is a term used to describe several dozen types of living organisms that are not related to each other either genetically or evolutionarily. This group includes both terrestrial insects (beetles, ants, butterflies, etc.) and worms (earthworms, annelids, etc.) and marine life. All sponges, corals, sea anemones and jellyfish belong to this category of animals. Also, this group includes marine arthropods, like crabs, lobsters, shrimps. They are all united by the absence of an internal skeleton and a spine.
