What gymnosperms are conifers?

This is a division of the plant kingdom, which includes vascular plants, the seeds of which develop in buds. Their leaves are shaped like needles, not plates, like deciduous trees. Such leaves are called needles, so gymnosperms with such leaves are combined into a group of conifers. Typical representatives are cedar, cypress, fir, juniper, larch, spruce, pine, sequoia, yew and cowrie.
Conifers grow wild in almost all parts of the world.
