What happens in nature if organic matter is depleted?

The disappearance of organic substances from nature will mean the inevitable death of everything on the planet. Although, if you remove all organic substances altogether, then this is already equivalent to the same as wiping out all living things from the face of the Earth, because there is only one form of life on our planet – organic. If we imagine that all organic matter has disappeared, only people remain, then we can say with confidence that humanity will die out of hunger, since our body needs organic substances to maintain life.
