What has Martin Luther done for people?

Martin Luther was one of the founders of the Reformation. He was also the main figure of the Reformation in Germany. He translated the Bible into German. In addition, he became the founder of a new religious movement distinct from Catholicism – Lutheranism. He made changes to worship and the basic rules of worship. For the people, he did what he could free them from the hegemony of the Catholic Church. In fact, he became the founder of the national religion. Lutheranism, on the other hand, spread not only to Germany, but also to other countries of Central and Eastern Europe.
