What human traits did the Greeks endow their gods with?

The ancient Greek gods, despite the fact that they were powerful creatures, had a lot in common with humans. This was expressed, first of all, in the peculiarities of their characters. So, the gods could be angry, be cruel or greedy, or, conversely, merciful and just. They were able to fall in love both with each other and with ordinary mortals or representatives of other fantastic creatures: nymphs, dryads, etc. The emotionality of the gods often became the reason that in the course of human wars, they deliberately supported one side or the other.
