What inventions and discoveries were made by Homo sapiens?

There are certainly many discoveries: from the exploration of the surrounding world, ending with our times when discoveries in the field of space, and even still new items in the periodic table. Perhaps it’s worth starting with a tool: digging stick, hammer, arrows and bows, spears, etc. The above things gave a big leap for a person, since a person was able to get food for himself and study the world much faster and more efficiently.

Today people continue this process, only at a much faster rate and with the use of better technologies.
