What is characteristic of religious belief?

We know that there are many religions, confessions, religious organizations, etc. But what do all religions have in common? And what is typical for all religions? I’ll try to explain the basis of all religions:
1. Every religion is based on faith, belief in something stronger and more powerful, on which the life of people depends (for example: God, nature, space).
2. Also, each religion carries certain traditions, customs, ceremonies or rituals.
3. Almost every religion believes in an afterlife.
There are many religions, and the structure is almost always the same.
