What is common and different between asexual reproduction and pathogenesis?

Asexual reproduction includes such methods of self-reproduction of organisms as division, budding, reproduction by spores, and so on. These mechanisms are provided by the body as the only means of reproduction. A fungus cannot start dividing in half at once for reproduction. But parthenogenesis is a way of self-reproduction of animals that have sexual reproduction. In cases where there is no sexual partner, or the number of organisms is small, the organism begins to reproduce without a sexual partner. This is typical of some worms, insects and other simple organisms.
