What is fog and why is it dangerous?

Fog is a collection of small water droplets or ice crystals in the lower troposphere (usually near the earth’s surface).
Negative effects of fog:
1. It absorbs dust, fumes, harmful substances and turns into toxic “smog”
2. Poor visibility is the cause of many disasters.
3. Destruction of metals and structures.
