What is “gamete purity”? Can complete gametes contain genes from hybrid organisms?

The essence of the rule (principle) of “gamete purity” is a hypothesis put forward by G. Mendel (1865). The rule says that pairs of hereditary factors (in the modern formulation – genes) found in each organism do not mix and do not merge during the formation of a zygote.
