By solving a geometric construction problem, we mean the definition of a method for constructing a geometric figure and proving that as a result of performing these constructions, a figure with the required properties is actually obtained.
The drawing tools for the most commonly used for solving geometric problems are the ruler and compasses. Using a ruler, you can draw an arbitrary straight line, and a compass allows you to describe a circle of a given radius from a given center.
The simplest geometric construction tasks are the construction of a triangle with given sides, construction of an angle equal to the given one, construction of the bisector of the angle, dividing a segment in half, construction of a perpendicular line.
