What is mechanical movement?

Changing the position of the body relative to other bodies is called mechanical movement.
The body, relative to which the body changes its position, is called the reference point.
The body can move relative to some reference points, but not move relative to other reference points.
A person sits in a moving train: he moves relative to the station, and does not move relative to the carriage in which he sits.
