Socialization is the process of becoming a person. A person is born an individual, and he becomes a person in the process of socialization. The first socialization takes place in the family, then in kindergarten, at school, at the institute.
The stages of socialization change with age, that is, in childhood / adolescence, if 1 is the stage of adaptation, 2 is the stage of individualization, 3 is the stage of integration. In maturity there is a labor stage, and in old age there is a labor stage.
