Let’s use Heron’s formula:
S = root of (p * (p-a) * (p-in) * (p-c))
a, b, c – sides of the triangle
p – semi-perimeter
p = (a + b + c) / 2
p = (6 + 6 + 4) / 2 = 8
p – a = p – b = 8 – 6 = 2
p – c = 8 – 4 = 4
S = √ (8 * 2 * 2 * 4) = √128 = 8√2
