What is the balance of power between the two blocs on the eve of the First World War?

The ratio was in favor of the Entente from the very beginning:
Fleet. The combined fleet of Great Britain, France, Belgium and the Russian Empire was stronger than the German and the weak fleets of Austria-Hungary and the Ottoman Empire.
Army. The number of soldiers of France and the Russian Empire was higher than the number of the army of Austria-Hungary and Germany, and against the latter from the first days of the war, Great Britain, Belgium and Serbia fought with Montenegro. In all battles, the Entente had a numerical superiority.
Economy. The Entente received significant assistance from the United States. The economies of Russia, Great Britain and France weighed more than the economies of Germany and Austria-Hungary.
