What is the composition of human blood?

Human blood includes a liquid part (plasma) and corpuscles. Plasma is 90% water, and also contains minerals, proteins, amino acids. Plasma contains vitamins, soluble gases, enzymes, hormones. Blood cells include erythrocytes (4-5 million per 1 mm3 of blood), leukocytes (4-9 thousand in 1 mm3), platelets (250-350 cells in 1 mm3 of blood).
