Physical phenomena are called phenomena, the result of which is a change in the initial form or state of a substance, but the chemical composition remains the same. An example of a physical phenomenon is the freezing of water, while its state becomes solid. Chemical phenomena differ from physical ones precisely in that their result is the production of new substances with their own qualities and properties. For example, during the combustion of wood, a large amount of carbon dioxide and ash is formed, their properties and states are fundamentally different from the properties and states of wood.
