What is the difference between an estate monarchy and an absolute one?

An absolute monarchy is a form of government in which all decisions are made exclusively by the ruling monarch. Disagreement with the orders of the ruler is not allowed. The monarch has full power, whether legislative, executive or otherwise.
The estate monarchy, on the other hand, implies participation in the government of the state, in addition to the monarch, a council consisting of representatives of different estates. Such a council had significant political weight, could influence the decisions of the monarch or help him carry out reforms.
