What is the difference between ancient Greek and Roman culture?

The Greeks were famous for their passion for sports games, while the Romans considered such entertainment inappropriate. The former strove for knowledge, the latter believed that it was necessary not to philosophize, but to engage in earthly idle affairs.
The Greeks adored the theater, composed plays and fairy tales, studied the sciences and arts, when the Romans were known as realists and practitioners, they loved the circus, and did not suffer from mythology.
Although the Romans were not famous for their intellectual level, they still conquered the Mediterranean, while the Greeks philosophized.
