What is the difference between animals living in the Arctic zone and taiga animals?

Taiga and the Arctic zone are very different from each other. Taiga is a forest. The Arctic zone, or in another way the zone of the Arctic deserts, is located in the extreme North (South), beyond the Arctic Circle. Arctic animals are few in number. These are mainly various inhabitants of the ocean. Large mammals include bears, seals and walruses. In the taiga, the animal world is richer. It is home to a large number of ungulates (elk, deer, roe deer), there are carnivores (wolverine, wolf, foxes), many rodents and birds.
