What is the difference between mass selection and individual selection?

Mass selection is different from individual selection. With individual selection, a person chooses certain organisms for further crossing and breeding. Selection is based on these principles. Mass selection is based on the phenotype of organisms. Both the one and the other selection is necessary for the selection of certain properties in plants or animals. Also, with the help of artificial selection, a certain trait can be removed. But it is not always possible to do this. The selection process itself takes many years, or even decades.
