What is the difference between plant nutrition and mushroom and animal nutrition?

Plants are characterized by an autotrophic type of nutrition. They are able to synthesize organic substances for themselves from carbon dioxide, water, minerals under the influence of sunlight. Animals and fungi are heterotrophs by the way of feeding. They are not able to synthesize nutrients themselves and are forced to eat ready-made. Animals get their nutrients by eating plants or other animals. Mushrooms receive nutrients from plants with which they are in symbiosis.
