What is the difference between root hair cells and green leaf pulp cells? What is the reason for this?

The root cells are unable to synthesize glucose themselves. This function is performed by cells that form foliage. They have many chloroplasts in their structure. After the synthesis of organic substances, they send them to those cells that do not have chloroplasts.
