What is the difference between the Athenian polis and the ancient Greek one?

The political system of ancient Greece was based on the policy. The Athenian version is generally accepted as the ideal of such a device. In general, they usually rely on such a source as the Athenian polity. However, this is an exemplary example for explaining the democratic polis structure. Many other policies were of a different structure. They could be tyrannical for a while, then become such policies, where the basis of the device was the oligarchy. Sometimes there were policies that combined several of these forms.
