What is the difference between the Celsius scale and the Kelvin scale?

| Kelvin took as absolute T = 0 “K the temperature at which the thermal motion of molecules stops. Molecules and atoms do not perform non-oscillatory, non-translational motion. This temperature is unattainable.
The Kelvin scale has no negative temperature.
Celsius for t = 0 “C took the freezing point of water, and for t = 100” C the boiling point of water. Its scale has both negative and positive values.
T = 273 + t.
