What is the difference between the relationship of a tree with a tinder fungus and a porcini mushroom?

Both fungi receive from trees the organic substances necessary for life, which they cannot produce. But the way they get them is different. Tinder fungus is a parasite, settling on a tree, it takes away all organic matter and water, which leads to the death of the tree. And with the porcini mushroom, the trees have a mutually beneficial relationship: the mycelium plays the role of root hairs and supplies the tree with water and minerals, and in return the tree gives the mushroom the products of photosynthesis. These relationships are called mycorrhiza.
