What is the difference between the reticular and ladder nervous systems?

The reticular nervous system is the simplest system itself that does not have nodes; the nerves are simply scattered throughout the body in a mesh.
The ladder nervous system is a longitudinal nerve trunk, which consists of clusters of nerve cells: paired head nodes, nerve trunks and numerous nerve branches and they are connected by transverse nerves.
