What is the difference between the structure of mucor and penicill?

The vegetative plant organism of mucor is eucarpic and consists of white cotton coencytic multi-branched mycelium. The mycelium branches out throughout the substrate. Hyphae usually extend, but some of them penetrate the substrate and serve to anchor as well as absorb nutrients.

Penicillin is a genus of blue or green molds (royal mushrooms) that exist as asexual forms. Those species for which the sexual phase is characteristic are placed in the Eurocyomycetes Order. Found in foods, skin and tissues, they are essential for the production of antibiotics, organic acids, and cheeses.
